TransVoyant is looking for an experienced Customer Adoption and Success Manager to join our entrepreneurial-minded team. This position will plan and oversee development of customer success and adoption programs for a SaaS Supply Chain software product. In this role, you will collaborate directly with customers and across TransVoyant to create and execute programs to assist customers in the adoption and successful usage of our product, enabling our customers to maximize the value received from our products.
Our customers are some of the world’s largest and most recognizable organizations. You will engage with them as part of the broader TransVoyant team, delivering customer training presentations, product roadmaps, and coordinating customer feedback sessions.
TransVoyant is headquartered in Alexandria, VA. This position can be based onsite at our headquarters in Virginia, or in our Minneapolis, MN office.
