Junior Full Motion Video Subject Matter Expert OCONUS

TransVoyant is seeking a high-performing Junior Full Motion Video (FMV) Subject Matter Expert (SME) OCONUS to work hand-in-hand with a US Government customer, supporting the management of an intelligence discipline-specific portfolio. The position is on-site at a US Government location OCONUS. 



  • The Junior FMV SME OCONUS performs intelligence duties on a team providing Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED)
  • Exploit Motion Imagery in a high operational tempo intelligence fusion environment
  • Compiles, segregates, evaluates researches, interprets, analyzes and disseminates intelligence information to support operations
  • Coordinate with IC and Operational elements at all echelons to disseminate and integrate intelligence.
  • Respond to support units with second and third phase analysis that integrates FMV with other sources.
  • Be able to conduct a positional changeover to include but not limited to product status, classification, and applicable mission rooms.



  • At least three (3) years of experience in tactical intelligence analysis
  • Experience and proficiency using at least three of the following systems or software: MAAS, DCGS-A, PIDGIN, SOCET GPX, ArcGIS, GETS, FalconView, AIMES, TIGR, NGDS, OMAR, TLV, UNICORN, and/or CENTAUR
  • Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office and Google Earth
  • Familiarity with US Army and US Air Force manned and unmanned A-ISR systems
  • 2 years of experience with A-ISR FMV systems and programs
  • 2 years of operational experience as a FMV analyst
  • Certification as an Intelligence professional (e.g., award of MI
military occupational specialty, completion of DoD MI school)
  • Current DoD TS/SCI
  • MA or MS AND 2 years CURRENT A-ISR FMV experience or BA/BS degree AND 2years A-ISR FMV experience or Associates degree AND 3 years of A-ISR FMV experience or HS diploma/GED AND 4 years of A-ISR FMV experience



  • 6 years of experience with A-ISR FMV systems and programs
