Marketing Specialist

As Marketing Specialist at TransVoyant, you will be instrumental in designing and executing marketing programs that drive leads and promote our brand.  You will collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing to conceive of and execute lead generation campaigns, initiated and tracked through HubSpot, TransVoyant's marketing automation system.  You will have primary ownership of HubSpot as well as, ensuring qualified leads are properly assigned to the TransVoyant sales directors.  You will produce sales and marketing reports that will be used by TransVoyant executive management to guide the business.  You will also support and participate in conferences and events.



  • Execute and track lead generation programs through TransVoyant's marketing automation system
  • Contribute to TransVoyant event marketing, including our presence at conferences and Meetups
  • Collaborate with operations to support company culture, communications, and internal events
  • Build TransVoyant collateral materials, including handouts, case studies, and presentations
  • Generate industry-focused content, including blog posts for the TransVoyant website, articles for industry publications, and press releases
  • Manage TransVoyant speaking engagements, including researching events and drafting submissions
  • Contribute to corporate and thought leader social media marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing demand generation team to drive leads into sales funnel through lead research, email campaigns, events, and online calls to action
  • Prove value in initiatives through ROI analysis and metric tracking



  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS technology environment
  • Experience with generating marketing qualified leads through online and offline marketing methods
  • Knowledge of supply chain is a plus, but not required
  • Exceptional written communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with sales and marketing tools – such as Salesforce, marketing automation and email systems, social media platforms, etc. – in addition to traditional Office software (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is a plus
  • A working knowledge of HTML and WordPress is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Creative thinker aware of latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Experience integrating a range of communication vehicles to achieve business goals
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
