EEOD Project Manager

TransVoyant is seeking a high-performing EEOD Project Manager to work hand-in-hand with a US Government customer, supporting the management of an intelligence discipline-specific portfolio. The position is on-site at a US Government location in Bethesda, MD. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, implement, and monitor programs and events that promote diversity and inclusion within the government customer and across the Intelligence Community
  • Develop and execute a diversity and inclusion communication strategy to ensure broad communication on all initiatives
  • Develop and maintain diversity metrics and scorecard to measure success of diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs
  • Serve as a liaison and manage activities related to Employee Resource Groups, roundtables, councils, including strategic planning and ensuring results are aligned with diversity and inclusion goals and objectives
  • Presents clear and concise information in both written and oral formats, to include creating and responding to correspondence; presenting informational briefings to various audiences; and maintaining internal communications media.
  • Identify change management opportunities by assessing and benchmarking current Diversity Outreach Office practices to increase program effectiveness
  • Schedule and facilitate program meetings to include preparing agenda items, distribution of agendas, capturing notes, and working follow up actions.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships across the EEOD office and Intelligence Community with essential customers
  • Performs as Action Officer for oversight, monitoring tasks and processes key material whether in electronic or paper form
  • Attend various forums (task forces, working groups, briefings, employee councils, etc.) and capture notes and work follow up actions
  • Organize and track incoming requirements and follow up actions.
  •  Interact with a diverse customer base to include military, Department of Defense (DoD), and IC elements, and contractor populations

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Active TS/SCI w/ Poly
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 + years’ experience
  • Prior Diversity and Inclusion experience (mandatory)
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to change focus quickly and adapt as mission requirements evolve
  • Ability to operate with minimal guidance
  • Prior training experience
