Integration Business Analyst

TransVoyant is looking for an experienced Integration Business Analyst to join our entrepreneurial-minded team. This position works with TransVoyant's customers and their trading partners to integrate Supply Chain data into TransVoyant’s Continuous Decision Intelligence (“CDI”) streaming big data IoT platform. As Integration Business Analyst, you will collaborate directly with customers, developers, trading partners, and across TransVoyant to create and execute integration approaches that meet our Customer’s business needs.

TransVoyant is headquartered in Alexandria, VA. This position can be based onsite at our Alexandria headquarters or at our Minneapolis, MN office.


  • Lead customer Enterprise and trading community Ecosystem data integration activities
  • Lead integration requirements capture sessions with business and customer stakeholders
  • Develop use cases, technical research and customer feedback into program / technical requirements for execution by our Development group
  • Manage day-to-day integration implementation activities, including customer and trading community interactions, data mapping and validation, Development interactions, and testing activities
  • Provide project management and operational support to Development and Solutions Delivery team.
  • Properly document, communicate and enforce project deliverables, roles, milestones and timelines
  • Continuously set and manage external and internal customer expectations
  • Support and assist with development of test cases and test plans
  • Write clear and concise documentation and project artifacts to facilitate on-going operations


  • 5+ years of data integration experience, preferably in a SaaS / technical environment
  • Experience with supply chain data integration with major commercial ERP/TMS software packages, such as SAP, JDA, E2OPEN, Oracle, or others
  • Experience across a range of integration approaches, including streaming, EDI, API, JSON, XML, and flat file integration
  • Knowledge and experience working in Agile development methodology, and an ability to meet release cadence milestones
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and scheduling activities among internal, vendor and customer groups, including managing resources and leading integration efforts across organizations and geographies
  • A strong facilitator who can work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain operational knowledge at a detailed level quickly
  • Exceptional written communication skills for technical user story development
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services is a plus
